Zainab Jaji is the managing director of Skilltensive Training and Development Company Limited. She is a B.A honors degree holder from the University of Warwick and has her M.A from the University of Reading. With over 10 years of experience in the private sector and 15 years of experience as a senior management and executive leader, she has championed numerous non-governmental movements for women, HIV/AIDS, and others. She serves as CEO/Managing Partner of IMJ Integrated Services Limited, a consulting firm with a focus on social entrepreneurship, where she takes the lead in identifying social problems and applying entrepreneurial principles to create sustainable social change. Her areas of expertise include corporate policy and process management business development, stakeholder management operations management.

Zainab is a founding member and trustee of AIDS: Unite for Life, an NGO focusing on HIV education in schools and counseling for at-risk youths. In November 2017, Mrs. Jaji was elected to the office of Secretary General of the African Women Entrepreneurship Programme (AWEP) West Africa.
